Leadership

Roy Pereira leads the creative and development teams at Shiny Agency. He was one of the founding forces behind Refresh Partners, a pioneer in the social network marketing industry and a co-creator and organizer of FacebookCamp Toronto, the largest Facebook event outside of Facebook F8. He has worked on over 40 Facebook marketing campaigns with some of the best advertising agencies in North America.

Roy has been a marketing executive at both medium-sized public corporations and VC-funded startups. He also has a technical background with several patents and Internet standards to his name.
